Some of our collective specialty areas include trauma, PTSD, chronic health conditions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood related disorders, Substance use issues, OCD, and autism. We also have some Christian counselors for those looking for a faith integrated approach. All are welcome here!

As a transracial/transnational adoptee and Latina woman, Teresa brings a deep understanding of the nuances of identity, culture, and belonging. She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves, process life’s challenges, and build compassionate relationships—with themselves and others.
